Margaret radiated kindness, gentleness and goodness. She possessed a special grace that touched all who knew her. Deeply sensitive to others' feelings, she accepted people as they were and was an unfailing source of comfort and support to those who needed it. Quick to laugh, Margaret was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor. Through joy and tragedy, her family was the center of her life. She and Bill raised amazing, accomplished children whose achievements are testament to the love and care with which they were nurtured. Margaret took special joy and pride in her grand grandchildren. Margaret and I met when her son Dan and our daughter Paula started dating. We became friends very quickly. Our friendship grew as the years passed and after we were both retired we would meet weekly at Panera’s for breakfast, where we would talk and laugh. Margaret was the kind of friend everyone should have. I miss her dearly.
